PROFILE REDEFINED

Thirty days after opening in Orlando, Fluffy Fluffy hosted a Grand Opening at its new location on Colonial Dr. This two-day event had lines around the building of eager customers willing to wait over an hour for the one-of-a-kind soufflé pancakes.

“I love seeing customers trying the pancakes for the first time,” said a founding member Benson Lau. “Because I remember the first time I tried it. I will never forget how it looks, how it tastes, and how it melts in my mouth. You want to share that kind of feeling with the people you meet.”

On day one of the event, Fluffy Fluffy had served over two-hundred customers in just the first hour.

“It’s worth the wait. Our pancakes are made with high protein, low sugar. You’re not eating a product with MSG or baking powder,” Lau said. “You’re eating something fresh and light and Fluffy.” 

Of the nine different souffle pancakes on their menu, Lau recommends the Signature Pancake for the first timer to really experience the lightness and freshness of the pancake, before graduating to the Tiramisu. Browse their pancake selections here.

Lau encourages customers to visit Fluffy Fluffy during the week, as there has been a line every day when they open the cafe.

This past weekend was a special case, as after a month of fine-tuning and preparation Fluffy Fluffy was ready to welcome the masses. A social media campaign was launched announcing their Grand Opening on Facebook Events and across their Instagram.

With over twenty locations franchise-wide, this new Orlando location is the first to open in the U.S. Lau is confident in their choice of Orlando.

“The people here really love trying new things and accept diversity,” said Lau. “We are not local here and they are accepting new products, new culture and we are very happy about it.”
